General Terms and Conditions of Blue Design GmbH 

1.  Prices, Payment Options and Fees 

1.1 Prices 

Article prices can change at any time and without prior notice. The final amount shown already includes Swiss value added tax of 8.1%. 


1.2 Payment Options and Fees 

1.2.1 E-Banking / PostFinance / Post Office Counter 

No interest and fees. 

1.2.2 VISA / Mastercard / Maestro / Postcard / VPay

1.2.4 Purchase on Account / Instalment Payment 

1.2.4.1 HeyLight

1.2.4.1.1 Instalment payment with 0% interest (up to 12 months)

Instalment payment with 0% interest for up to 12 months and an amount of up to Fr. 10,000.--.


No interest and fees (interest is covered by Blue Design GmbH). You can choose between an invoice for 30 days, 3, 4, 6, 10 or 12 instalments.

The requirement is no debt collection proceedings, regular income and approval by HeyLight AG. 

For this you do not need a debt collection extract and the check is carried out within a few minutes after self-identification via mobile phone. You only need a Swiss passport / ID, driving licence (for Swiss citizens) or residence permit (B for at least 1 year, C) 


1.2.4.1.2 Financing with 11.95% interest p.a. (24 or 36 months)

You can choose between financing for 24 or 36 months and an amount of up to Fr. 10,000.--. However, you can also repay the loan early.


The interest rate is 11.95% p.a. 


The requirement is no debt collection proceedings, regular income and approval by HeyLight AG. 

For this you do not need a debt collection extract and the check is carried out within a few minutes after self-identification via mobile phone. You only need a Swiss passport / ID, driving licence (for Swiss citizens) or residence permit (B for at least 1 year, C) 


The granting of credit is prohibited if it leads to the over-indebtedness of the consumer. (Art. 3 UWG).

1.2.4.2 Swissbilling 
No interest and fees (interest is covered by Blue Design GmbH) You can choose between an invoice for 30 days, 3, 6 or 12 instalments. The requirement is no debt collection proceedings, regular income and approval by Swissbilling. 

The check is carried out by Blue Design GmbH without a debt collection extract and can be communicated to the customer within a few minutes. 

1.2.5 Twint 

No interest and fees. 

1.2.6 Cash Payment 

As we have digitalised and virtualised our processes, we ask you to let us know that you would like to pay in cash. 

2. Retention of Title 

All articles remain the property of Blue Design GmbH until full payment has been made. 

3 Orders 

3.1 Triggering the order 

The order is only triggered when the payment has been credited to our account. 

3.2 Binding nature of the order 

All orders placed online, by e-mail, WhatsApp, verbally or in any other way are binding and legally valid. 

3.3 Cancellation of an order 

In the event of cancellation of the order by the customer, all costs incurred will be charged to the customer and deducted from the deposit paid. If the costs exceed the deposit or no deposit has been requested, the costs will be charged to the customer subsequently. Please note that in most cases the cancellation costs are defined by our suppliers and we have no influence on the amount of the costs. 

Please also note that due to the automated ordering processes (order triggering), cancellation is no longer possible in most cases with our suppliers. Therefore, please only order when you are absolutely sure.

4. Procurement Costs 

4.1 Rims 

For an order of less than 4 rims (1 set), procurement costs of between 30.00 and 150.00 Fr. will be charged. Please note that the procurement costs vary depending on the supplier and are therefore not visible in the shopping cart, but are indicated and charged additionally after the order or on request. Please contact us before ordering to find out the exact costs. 

4.2 Tyres 

For an order of 1 tyre, an additional 15.00 Fr. procurement costs will be charged. Please note that the procurement costs are not visible in the shopping cart when ordering. 

5. Delivery / Collection 

5.1 Delivery costs 

5.1.1 Private customers: 

5.1.1.1 For orders from CHF 200.00

5.1.2 Business customers

5.2 Delivery to the customer 

Blue Design GmbH is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to incomplete and/or incorrect delivery addresses or vehicle details. The customer is obliged to check the correctness of their details when ordering and bears the additional costs for incorrect deliveries. 

5.3 Damaged goods 

All deliveries are well insulated and packaged for dispatch. Blue Design GmbH declines any liability and responsibility for damage that occurs during transport. If the customer wishes to have insured transport, he must inform Blue Design GmbH in advance. The additional costs are to be borne by the buyer. If the customer notices damage to the packaging or the contents, it is his responsibility to report this immediately to the transport company. This can be done directly to the delivery staff of the delivery service or via the service hotline of the delivery service for damage reports. All claims for damage must be made to the delivery service. 

In the event of damage, the customer is obliged to keep all cartons or packaging and insulation materials so that they can be shown to the delivery service in connection with a damage report (if requested). 

Blue Design GmbH will not make any damage reports and claims to the delivery service on behalf of the customer. 

Important: The carrier decides on the transport damage compensation. 

Blue Design GmbH does not participate in the costs. Even in the event of legal action, this must be clarified directly with the carrier. 

5.4 Incomplete delivery 

If the delivery by Blue Design GmbH is incorrectly incomplete, the customer must inform Blue Design GmbH within 48 hours (or until the next working day). 

5.5 Incorrect delivery 

If Blue Design GmbH sends the customer articles that they have not ordered, the customer must inform Blue Design GmbH within 48 hours. In this case, Blue Design GmbH either organises the collection of the package at its own expense or organises the return of the wrong articles by the customer to us. All costs incurred by the customer for the return of incorrectly delivered articles will be offset (credited) with the customer's next order. The subsequent delivery of the correct articles will take place immediately after receipt of the returned articles and at the expense of Blue Design GmbH. 

Excluded are delivery times and delivery bottlenecks of our suppliers, if the correct articles are not in stock. In this case, the delivery of the correct parts will take place immediately after Blue Design GmbH has received them from its suppliers. A price reduction or compensation cannot be granted. 

5.6 Delivery bottlenecks 

If Blue Design GmbH is unable to deliver the ordered articles within the communicated time due to delivery bottlenecks from its suppliers, Blue Design GmbH will inform the customer of this. 

If, after conclusion of the contract, strikes, lockouts or other cases of force majeure occur, which were not recognisable at the time of conclusion of the contract and prevent timely delivery, at our premises or those of our suppliers, the delivery period shall be extended accordingly by the duration of the impediment. If the goods are not available from stock, but a delivery date can be specified, the customer is also obliged to the order for at least 12 weeks. 

All delivery times are non-binding and refer to working days, i.e. a week has 5 working days. 

The delivery times are only estimates and may vary. 

A cancellation or change of the entire order in the event of delivery bottlenecks is not possible. At the customer's request, it is possible to cancel the articles that are currently not available from the order. The remaining articles are not affected and the remaining order will be executed by Blue Design GmbH as normal. In the event of cancellation, Blue Design GmbH will refund the customer any amounts already paid in advance (only for the articles that cannot be delivered). 

5.7 Collection 

You can visit our showroom in Lenzburg and also order on site. However, your order will be delivered directly to you or to the address you have specified; we do not offer a collection option. 

6. Returns 

All returns must be approved by Blue Design GmbH beforehand. If the customer wishes to make a return, they must send a corresponding e-mail stating the order number and the exact article designation. 

Goods that have already been fitted or damage to the article or packaging are excluded from the return. 

Returns/exchanges of alloy wheels, mounted sensors, rims and/or wheels are generally excluded! 

Tyre DOT (production date) - complaints under 3 years are not recognised. 

For articles that are returned without prior approval of the return from us, acceptance will be refused. 

If Blue Design GmbH does agree to a return, all costs incurred will be charged to the customer. 

7. Products 

7.1 Approval of the products in road traffic 

Blue Design GmbH does not guarantee that the articles offered are legal in accordance with the laws in the customer's country. The customer accepts that the use or installation of the articles sold by Blue Design GmbH may also be illegal. 

Blue Design GmbH sells some articles that are not legal for use in road traffic and may only be used for racing purposes. 

However, we endeavour to clarify the approval and to label it as far as possible.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the legality of articles before ordering. By placing an order, the customer accepts that an article may be illegal for its intended purpose.

Returns or cancellations of orders due to the illegality of the article will not be accepted by Blue Design GmbH. We also reject other costs incurred for the customer, such as fines or compensation for the withdrawal of a driving licence. 

We would like to point out that the warranty of the vehicle manufacturer expires when some articles are installed. 

The principle applies that not knowing does not protect against punishment. 

7.2 Warranty 

In general, the legally prescribed 24-month warranty applies. 

It is the customer's responsibility to check the articles received for defects and to inform Blue Design GmbH of these by e-mail within 48 hours of delivery. 

The manufacturer's warranty applies to all articles offered by Blue Design GmbH in the shop. 

Articles that are illegal in Switzerland are sold without any warranty. 

The warranty of most manufacturers only includes the repair and not the replacement of defective parts. The labour costs for the assembly and disassembly of the articles under warranty are not covered. 

The duration of the warranty check and the procedure are determined by the manufacturer. 

If these are not followed, we cannot assert any warranty claims. 

It is the customer's responsibility to keep all materials (packaging, instructions, etc.) and documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) that are required in the event of a warranty claim. 

For products that are not installed by professional and official workshops, any warranty claims will be rejected. 

8. Liability 

Blue Design GmbH is a reseller and not a manufacturer of the car accessories offered. Therefore, we do not accept any liability for damage caused by installed articles. Claims for damages must be clarified directly with the manufacturer or with the company that installed the accessories. 

The verification of the accuracy of fit and the associated damage is the responsibility of the installation company. 

9. Final Word 

Despite legal regulations, it is important to mention that we will do everything we can to fulfil your wishes. Because customer satisfaction is our top priority and not just the legal guidelines.
