How can I place an order?

You have several options for ordering:

  • via our online shop
  • in person at our showroom in Lenzburg AG

How can I redeem a discount code?

You can enter a discount code when ordering directly in the shopping cart. This will then be automatically deducted.

How can I select instalment payments?

When shopping via our online shop, you can select the "Payment in instalments" option directly in the shopping cart when ordering.
If you use other ordering options outside of our online shop, you will need to explain your request and our staff will take care of it.

How does instalment payment work?

Paying in instalments is possible for many products nowadays – simply and without complicated appointments with credit institutions. Instalment payments allow you to make larger purchases online and split the amount flexibly into 3, 4, 6, 10, and 12 instalments. Financing is even possible for up to 36 months.

You can also conveniently and easily secure car accessories and car parts in several instalments – without having to deal with complicated processes.

With us, you avoid the tedious procedure and the amount of paperwork.

At Blue Design, we offer our customers the option to use HeyLight's solution for instalment payments. We have replaced the tedious procedure and paperwork with a quick and uncomplicated check. In just a few steps, you can select your favourite product in the shop and easily pay in multiple instalments with 0% interest (details depend on the provider HeyLight).

Now, which is the best invoice purchase solution for you and what payment options do you have? We will explain this simply in the following paragraphs.

HeyLight

"Buy now, pay later" is the motto of our financing partners. HeyLight allows you to split your purchase into several monthly instalments and secure the desired products with 0% interest. HeyLight is available in many online shops, including Blue Design, where you can split the invoice amount into up to 12 instalments.

In our Blue Design shop, we provide customers with the opportunity to quickly and easily secure popular products with HeyLight. So, how does it work?

Once you have found the desired product in our online shop, you can select HeyLight from the payment methods. In the next step, you enter your details and the number of desired instalments. You can split the invoice amount into up to 12 instalments with 0% financing. And you have two options for payment:

  • The amount can be automatically debited from your credit or debit card monthly, or…
  • You can choose manual payment via monthly invoice (QR code). You will receive the QR code by email.

Should you need assistance with your purchase, you can always contact our expert team. In that case, you will receive your desired wheels or complete wheel sets as an offer via WhatsApp, along with the respective HeyLight link. Then you select the number of instalments and enter your credit or debit card details.

With HeyLight, you enter the necessary information into the online shop, as well as the number of desired instalments. You don't need to worry about interest, as you can also conveniently pay in up to 12 instalments with 0% interest with this financing partner.

Buying wheels, tyres and other car accessories on instalment: Why is it worthwhile?

Wheels, tyres, sports exhausts, suspension systems, wheel spacers and other accessories – we offer all of these to our customers with 0% financing and in 12 instalments.

Choose the number of instalments that best suits you via HeyLight – simply and without worrying about additional costs. You can quickly, easily, and reliably order your favourite wheels, tyres, or sports exhausts in our online shop – completely without appointments with banks – and pay conveniently in instalments later. It's that easy to equip your vehicle with the desired car accessories.

Due to high customer demand, since November 2024 we also offer financing for 24 and 36 months with 9.9% interest per year and a maximum amount of CHF 10,000.--.

What payment methods are accepted?

Is purchase on account possible?

Yes, you can also pay by invoice via our financing partner HeyLight. This is possible for both private individuals and companies. A positive credit check is a prerequisite.

Is instalment payment / financing possible?

Yes, you have the following options:

  • Up to 12 instalments with 0% interest, maximum amount of CHF 10,000.-- (Financing partner HeyLight AG)
  • 24 or 36 months financing with 9.9% interest per year, maximum amount of CHF 10,000.-- (Financing partner HeyLight AG). Lending is prohibited if it leads to over-indebtedness of the consumer. Financing by HeyLight AG.


A positive credit rating is a prerequisite

Do I pay interest fees when I buy in instalments?

No, you do not pay interest fees. We cover these.

Shipping

Can I also pick up the goods personally at Blue Design?

You can visit our showroom in Lenzburg and also place orders on site. However, your order will be delivered directly to you or to the specified address; we do not offer a pick-up option.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, you can have your order delivered to a different address. You can also send it directly to your garage. (please inform your garage in advance).

Are the delivery times stated in the shop accurate?

We strive to provide them as accurately as possible. Most suppliers deliver their stock to us hourly. However, it also happens that delivery times are postponed by suppliers or manufacturers. We have no influence on this, but we will inform you as soon as possible in such cases.

Is it possible that I will not receive the items of an order together?

Yes, it is possible that you will not receive the items you ordered together at the same time. One or more partial deliveries are possible depending on the delivery time and supplier.

What does shipping cost?

Free Delivery:

  • For all products if the shopping cart value exceeds CHF 200.00 (see exceptions).
  • For care products if the shopping cart value exceeds CHF 50.00.

Exceptions – always charged:

  • 1 tyre → CHF 20.00, delivery is free from two tyres onwards
  • 1–3 wheels → CHF 40.00, delivery is free from four wheels onwards
  • If a combination is ordered (e.g., 1 tyre + 3 wheels), the costs are added = CHF 60.00

Special categories (if the shopping cart value is below CHF 200.00):

  • Wheel Certificate, Zentrierringe, keys, aluminium valves → CHF 5.90
  • Wheel bolts, wheel nuts, adapter plates, wheel spacers → CHF 15.00
  • Wheel spacers DTC, care products → CHF 9.90
  • Tyre pressure sensors, sports suspension, exhaust systems → always free

Note: If the shopping cart contains products from different categories, only the highest shipping flat rate will be charged (except in the case of tyres + wheels, where costs are added).

What should I do in case of transport damage?

In case of transport damage, it is best to immediately alert the driver and have the damage confirmed, or in the worst case, refuse acceptance. If this is not possible, it is best to document everything with photos and report it to us. Please note that it is best to report the damage as soon as possible. Within 12 hours of acceptance at the latest, as otherwise the transporter may no longer recognise the transport damage. The original packaging must be available as delivered.

After Purchase

Do you have technical support?

Yes, we offer professional technical support. This can be done by phone or via video. We offer this support to our customers free of charge. However, it is important that the purchased accessories are installed exclusively by trained personnel.

Can I also have the ordered items installed by you?

We do not offer installation, but we are very happy to send the goods to your regular garage and provide them with advice if necessary. Of course, we also have several installation partners who can carry out the work for you quickly and professionally.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

This is only possible if we have not yet ordered the items from our suppliers. After that, it is usually no longer possible or involves costs on the part of the suppliers.

Is it possible to return ordered items?

Basically, there is no legal right of return in Switzerland. Since we often order items for our customers upon request, returns are excluded.

Warranty case? What next?

In order for us to open a warranty case with our suppliers, we ask you to fill out the designated warranty application form completely and send it to us. You can find the warranty application form here.
