1. Prices, Payment Options and Fees

1.2.4.1 HeyLight
1.2.4.1.1 Instalment payments with 0% interest (up to 12 months)
Instalment payments with 0% interest up to 12 months and for amounts up to CHF 10,000.–.
No interest or fees (interest is covered by Blue Design GmbH). You can choose between 3, 4, 6, 10 or 12 instalments.
Prerequisites: no debt enforcement proceedings, regular income, and approval by HeyLight AG.
No debt enforcement extract is required. Verification takes place within a few minutes after self-identification via mobile phone. Only a Swiss passport/Swiss ID, a driving licence (for Swiss citizens), or a residence permit (B for at least 1 year or C) is required.
1.2.4.1.2 Financing with 9.9% interest p.a. (24 or 36 months)
You can choose between financing over 24 or 36 months for amounts up to CHF 10,000.–. Early repayment is possible.
The interest rate is 9.9% per year.
Prerequisites: no debt enforcement proceedings, regular income, and approval by HeyLight AG.

Lending is prohibited if it leads to over-indebtedness of the consumer (Art. 3 UWG).
1.2.5 Twint
No interest or fees.
1.2.6 Cash Payment
As we have digitised and virtualised our processes, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you wish to pay in cash.
2. Retention of Title
All items remain the property of Blue Design GmbH until full payment has been received.
3. Orders
3.1 Order Placement
The order will only be placed once the payment has been credited to our account.
3.2 Binding Nature of Orders
All orders placed online, via email, WhatsApp, verbally, or by other means are binding and legally valid.
3.3 Order Cancellation
If an order is cancelled by the customer, all costs incurred will be charged to the customer and deducted from the deposit paid.
If the costs exceed the deposit or if no deposit was required, these will be charged to the customer retrospectively.
Please note:
- In most cases, cancellation costs are defined by our suppliers, over which we have no influence.
- Due to automated ordering processes, cancellation with our suppliers is often no longer possible.
Therefore, please only order if you are absolutely sure.
4. Returns
4.1 Tyres
The return of tyres is subject to a charge and is only possible with the prior written consent of Blue Design GmbH. Unannounced returns will not be accepted.
- Return costs: CHF 40.– per package + 20% of the purchase price
- Tyres that have already been fitted are excluded from returns.
- Note: Tyres with a production date (DOT) of up to 3 years are legally considered new. Therefore, returns are only possible upon payment of the aforementioned return costs.
4.2 Wheels
Returns are generally excluded.
Exception: If the wheels do not fit the vehicle, they will be taken back (taking into account the notes below).
Notes:
- Please note that any bodywork modifications may be necessary due to rubbing or other reasons. This applies to both lowered and non-lowered vehicles.
- According to the wheel manufacturer, the use of spacers and flaps cannot be ruled out in advance due to different brake and suspension systems and must be accepted as a solution.
The costs for such additional work and any necessary materials are not included in the price and will not be covered by us or the manufacturer. Returns of wheels or tyres for this reason are excluded. - Wheels must be test-fitted before tyre fitting. Wheels that have already been fitted, are damaged, or are returned without their original packaging will not be accepted, even if they do not fit the vehicle.
4.3 Remaining Items
Generally, all items are only ordered from our suppliers after a customer order has been placed and are therefore excluded from returns. Items that have already been fitted, as well as damaged products or packaging, are also excluded from returns – even if the items are not compatible with the vehicle.
Items returned without the prior consent of Blue Design GmbH will not be accepted.
Should Blue Design GmbH agree to a return as a gesture of goodwill, all costs incurred will be charged to the customer.
5. Products
5.1 Road Legalisation
Blue Design GmbH does not guarantee that the products are legal in the customer's country. The customer is responsible for checking legality.
Products that are illegal for road use are explicitly sold for racing use only.
Returns or cancellations due to lack of legalisation are excluded.
5.2 Warranty
- Legally, there is a 24-month warranty.
- Faults must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- Manufacturer's warranty applies.
- Labour costs for fitting/removal are excluded.
- Warranty claims are only valid if professionally fitted by official workshops.
- All documentation (invoice, packaging, instructions, etc.) must be kept.
- The procedure, duration, and decision regarding warranty service are determined by the manufacturer.
- A replacement item can only be obtained to bridge the period during the ongoing warranty check upon prepayment.
6. Liability
Blue Design GmbH is a reseller, not a manufacturer. Liability for damages caused by the delivered products is excluded.
Claims for damages must be settled directly with the manufacturer or the fitting workshop.
The verification of fitment and installation is the sole responsibility of the installation company.
Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit is excluded.
7. Delivery / Collection
7.1 Delivery Costs
7.1.1 Private Customers
7.1.1.1 Free Delivery
- For all products, if the shopping cart value exceeds CHF 200.00 (see exceptions).
- For care products, if the shopping cart value exceeds CHF 50.00.
7.1.1.2 Exceptions – always charged:
- 1 tyre → CHF 20.00, delivery free from two tyres
- 1–3 wheels → CHF 40.00, delivery free from four wheels
- Combination (e.g., 1 tyre + 3 wheels) → CHF 60.00 added
7.1.1.3 Special Categories (if the shopping cart value is below CHF 200.00):
- Wheel Certificates, spigot rings, keys, aluminium valves → CHF 5.90
- Wheel bolts, wheel nuts, adapter plates, spacers → CHF 15.00
- Spacers DTC, care products → CHF 9.90
- Tyre pressure sensors, sports suspension systems, exhaust systems → free
Note: If the shopping cart contains products from different categories, only the highest shipping flat rate will be charged (except in the case of tyres + wheels, where costs are added).
7.1.2 Business Customers
Delivery costs for business customers are based on the respective quote.
7.2 Delivery to Customer
Blue Design GmbH accepts no responsibility for incorrect deliveries due to incomplete and/or incorrect delivery addresses or vehicle details. The customer is obliged to check the accuracy of their details and bears the additional costs for incorrect deliveries.
7.3 Damaged Goods
All deliveries are carefully packaged. Blue Design GmbH disclaims any liability for transport damage. Insured transport is only possible by prior arrangement; the additional costs will be borne by the customer.
Damage must be reported to the transport company immediately. The customer must retain all packaging materials. Blue Design GmbH does not submit damage claims on behalf of the customer.
The carrier decides on compensation. Blue Design GmbH does not contribute to the costs; legal action must also be directed against the carrier.
7.4 Incomplete Delivery
If the delivery by Blue Design GmbH is incomplete, the customer must report this within 48 hours (or by the next working day).
7.5 Incorrect Delivery
If the customer receives items they did not order, they must report this within 48 hours. Blue Design GmbH will either arrange for collection or refund the customer the return shipping costs. The subsequent delivery will take place upon receipt of the return. Delivery delays due to missing stock at suppliers do not entitle the customer to a price reduction or compensation.
7.6 Delivery Shortages
In the event of delivery shortages, the customer will be informed. Cases of force majeure will extend the delivery period accordingly. Delivery times are non-binding, are understood as working days (5 days per week), and are considered estimates.
Cancellation of the entire order is excluded; however, items that cannot be delivered can be cancelled upon request. Payments already made for these items will be refunded.
7.7 Collection
The showroom in Lenzburg can be visited, and orders can be placed directly on site. However, collection of ordered items is not possible.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law exclusively applies to all contractual relationships, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Lenzburg (AG, Switzerland).
9. Right of Withdrawal
In Switzerland, there is no legally mandated right of withdrawal for online purchases. A general right of withdrawal, as applicable in the EU, is therefore expressly excluded.
Returns are only possible in accordance with Chapter 4 of these GTC.
10. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
