Manufactured from high-quality and lightweight titanium, the Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system features a specifically designed layout with a central and two side silencers made of titanium. Its feed is via stainless steel link pipes, which have a larger diameter than their standard counterparts and custom-made flex pipes that are fully insulated at the point where they meet the downpipes. A valve on each side of the side silencer controls the gas flow and supports the fantastic sound produced by the system. The striking design is used for the first time and features a hand-crafted, dynamically designed carbon fibre outer shell that is perfectly matched to the sandblasted and coated titanium interior. The system offers occupants the comfort of a vehicle for everyday use, without booming noises and excessive noise. Under controlled conditions, the Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system produced a power increase of 15.7 hp and 17.9 Nm more torque at 6,150 rpm. In addition, the Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system proved to be 30% lighter than the factory-fitted exhaust system. The Link pipe set (SS) UAKL-AU/SS/8/1 must be ordered. Due to packaging requirements, the system is divided into two codes. If the Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system is combined with the Downpipe / Link pipe set (UAKDP/L-AU/SS/1), the Link pipe set UAKL-AU/SS/8/1 is not required. In this case, the ECE validity expires. An ECU reprogramming is mandatory during installation. The ECE type approval only applies to vehicles with Otto/petrol particulate filter.

Compared to the standard version of the car, it has a completely new design and gives the rear of the Audi a more aggressive and sporty look, as it exposes the complete tailpipes. The hands-free sensor for opening/closing the tailgate does not work with the Akrapovič diffuser. A tow bar cannot be fitted either.
