Akrapovic Complete Exhaust System

The Mercedes-Benz A 45 (S) AMG 4MATIC+ is a whole new generation in the automotive world. Akrapovič has developed an exhaust system that harmonises sound with performance! This lightweight exhaust, which offers a breathtaking sensory experience, is beautifully crafted from high-quality titanium and features an eye-catching design of two pairs of titanium and carbon fibre tailpipes. The flap control controls the personality of the sound and is controlled with our own control via specially developed Control Kit electronics. With AMG Dynamic Select, the driver can choose the degree of sportiness through AMG Dynamic Select between a comfortable everyday vehicle with a soft sound that enhances the engine tones of the vehicle without discomfort or booming for the occupants, and a racing-suitable acoustic experience with deep mid-tones and rich, high-frequency sounds in the upper rev range to enhance the shifting experience with amazing sound when overrunning! By using titanium and a different configuration, the exhaust is lighter than the original. The design and construction of the exhaust lead to an optimisation of the power and torque values across the entire rev range with 6.4 kW more at 6400 rpm and with 9.1 Nm more at 6700 rpm. The optimised flow path of the exhaust gases results in greater tuning potential, which can be further realised with the optional downpipe set (SS). ECE type approval applies to vehicles with Otto/petrol particulate filter. When installing the optional downpipe set (SS), the ECE type approval for the Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system is no longer valid and an ECU remapping must be done. The Link pipe set UAKL-ME/SS/3 + the Control kit UAKP-HF1528 is absolutely necessary for the use of the Slip-On UAKS-ME/T/1H. Due to packaging requirements, the system is divided into two codes.
