Crafted from ultra-lightweight, high-grade titanium, which reduces the car's overall weight and improves handling. The perfectly finished and ECE-approved system has been tuned to get the most out of the M2’s twin-power turbo six-cylinder engine and is all about delivering more power throughout the entire rev range. This new system has two separate tubes from the downpipe to the muffler – unlike the original one-tube design. They are perfectly guided and shaped to allow optimal exhaust flow from the M2’s impressive engine and offer a significant performance increase. The sound has been refined by Akrapovič engineers; the unique external sound has a higher pitch and conveys a real racing feeling at higher revs. The Evolution Line is perfectly tuned for daily use on low-revving drives, as it runs smoothly and refined, but still hints at the system’s true potential. But when higher revs are engaged and the valves are permanently open, the sound offers an addictive racing tone. As a simple plug-and-play system, it is an excellent addition to enhance the BMW M2’s performance. Carbon tailpipes enhance the look of the M2’s rear and underline its sporty potential. Performance can be further increased by adding an optional downpipe, available with and without catalytic converters. To further accentuate the sporty appearance, other optional accessories are available.
