1. Perfect wheel design development
   Excellent organisation is ensured right from the development phase. DOTZ works exclusively with production partners that are ISO 9001 certified to guarantee the highest quality.
2. Strict quality controls in production
   The wheels are continuously checked during production:
   • Dimensional accuracy: Precise manufacturing for an optimal fit.
   • Material homogeneity: Ensuring a uniform structure.
   • Final inspection: Checking for leaks and visual defects.
3. TÜV-tested load tests
   Before the wheels are delivered, they must pass strict load tests:
   • Rotary bending test: Simulation of 200,000 load cycles under increased load.
   • Extended load cycle test: Testing with 1,800,000 load cycles.
   • Impact test: Simulation of kerb collisions.

Even under these extreme conditions, the aluminium wheels must not show any changes or cracks in order to meet the strict TÜV criteria.

After successful testing, the alloy wheels are shipped from the central distribution warehouse in Siegburg (Germany) to customers worldwide.
