Akrapovič Evolution Line exhaust system

This product is made from high-grade, lightweight titanium and offers a weight reduction of 45% (14.5 kg) compared to the standard sports exhaust. The exhaust system features a central silencer with valves on both sides – the valve housings are cast internally – to regulate the gas flow before it exits through two pairs of attractive, hand-crafted, round carbon fibre tailpipes with acoustic reflectors, which direct an enhanced sound into the cabin. At cruising speed, a pleasant sound with a V8 background noise is produced, which becomes sportier when driven more dynamically and the car's driving modes are used. In tests on the Akrapovič dyno compared to a standard sports exhaust of a Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid, a power gain of 4.0 kW (5.4 hp) at 2,100 rpm and a torque increase of 18.6 Nm at 2,050 rpm were achieved. This product allows for a plug-and-play installation and requires no recalibration. An optional Akrapovič Sound Kit is available, which enhances the listening pleasure of the Akrapovič Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust at low engine speeds and further amplifies the sound as the revs increase. With the use of the optional Akrapovič Sound Kit, the ECE type approval of the Evolution Line (Titanium) is no longer valid. The Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system is ECE-certified for vehicles equipped with Otto/petrol particulate filters.
